Job summary

Wisepath Recruiting, a specialized division of Wisepath Group, seeks a Wealth Management Associate to bridge the start‑up phase and a mature practice. You will be integrated into active client cases, helping design strategy and participating in joint-planning meetings with a Senior Partner.

You will analyze client data, support meetings, manage relationships, and help develop local business through workshops and events.

Qualifications

• Experience building macroeconomic financial models for client scenarios.
• Excellent listening and communication skills in client-facing situations.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or consultative sales is preferred.
• Collaborative approach with senior partners and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Advisors by analyzing client data and building macroeconomic financial models.
• Attend client meetings to handle administrative follow-ups and annual reviews.
• Manage existing client relationships and respond to daily inquiries professionally.
