Focus Partners Wealth seeks a motivated and qualified individual for the position of Wealth Advisor. The individual selected for this opportunity will be distinguished in academic and professional achievement, dedicated to client service, and uphold the highest ethical and professional standards of excellence. Wealth Advisors provide a broad range of technical and client management support as part of a financial counseling team, assisting in managing all aspects of client relationships including investments, taxation, estate planning, retirement planning, and insurance.

Primary Responsibilities Include
  • Working closely with a senior partner, leading relationships with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients by providing comprehensive wealth management services.
  • Managing multiple client relationships, including complex analysis and research related to financial, estate, income tax, and investment planning.
  • Developing and presenting solutions across wealth management disciplines for existing and prospective clients.
  • Tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and their entities.
  • Documenting meetings, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Overseeing the implementation of recommendations.
  • Coordinating with the client’s advisory team, including portfolio managers, tax advisors, estate counsel, and other professionals.
  • Monitoring and managing the client’s wealth management plan continuously.
  • Participating in client meetings and developing an advanced understanding of investments, insurance, taxation, estate planning, and the company’s strategies.
  • Communicating the company's full range of services to clients and prospects.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degrees or designations such as CPA, JD, LLM, MST, or CFP are preferred.
  • Understanding of income, gift, estate taxes, investments, employee benefits, insurance, and wealth transfer strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and process management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives, private equity, or venture capital partners.

This is an Exempt position.

The annual base pay range is estimated between $110,000 and $130,000, with potential bonuses and benefits. Compensation varies based on experience, expertise, location, and skills.
