- Drive new revenue for FNB Wealth Management within an assigned region
- Lead and deliver the new client experience through a consultative approach
- Collaborate with clients and the FNB Wealth Management relationship team to develop proposed solutions
- Focus on personal wealth management for high-net-worth clients, institutional wealth management, and retirement plan services including 401(k) and pension plans
- Promote the Wealth Management model to internal business partners and develop organic sales opportunities
- Work with internal bank and external networks to develop leads
- Sell investment services directly and indirectly to clients, prospects, employees, Centers of Influence, community leaders, and other potential referral sources
- Meet with prospects, identify needs, and present solutions
- Prepare required documentation for investment services and product sales in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Manage referral sources and the lead-generation, follow-up, presentation, and closing cycle
- Prepare internal activity, expense, pipeline management, business planning, sales activity, organic sales, and external Center of Influence calling-effort reports
- Maintain current knowledge of Wealth Management products and services and differentiate the corporation from competitors
- Promote FNTC products, services, and image through community development and local community events
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
- Understand, report, respond to, manage, and monitor daily business risks in accordance with F.N.B. Corporation's risk management program
- Adhere to regulatory laws, guidelines, and company procedures
Requirements
- BA or BS
- Minimum 5 years of job-related experience

- Basic-level MS Word proficiency
- Basic-level MS Excel proficiency

- Valid driver's license
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- CTFA or CFP designation preferred
