Job summary

PrimeCare Benefits Group, Inc.™ is opening a brand-new dental office within a multi-specialty medical center in Las Vegas. The Treatment Coordinator will build workflows, educate patients on treatment plans, and help drive a successful launch with a focus on patient experience.

You will review insurance, discuss financing options, coordinate scheduling, and track key metrics to improve case acceptance and production as the office grows.

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience required (Treatment Coordinator or similar role preferred).
• Strong understanding of insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Excitement for helping launch and grow a new office.
