AutoNation is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist in Tempe, AZ to acquire additional inventory by purchasing customer vehicles. You will respond to incoming leads via phone, web, and walk-ins, set up appraisal appointments, and inspect vehicles onsite to ensure quality before purchase.

This role offers flexible hours, hourly pay plus a per-vehicle bonus, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide dealership network.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Extremely self-motivated and able to set and achieve targets.
• Strong communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience and manage follow-up effectively.

Aufgaben

• Responds to incoming leads through AutoNation and third-party websites, by phone, internet and walk-in traffic.
• Sets up appointments with potential customers to visit the dealership for an appraisal.
• Reviews vehicle condition reports and inspects vehicles onsite.
• Interacts with customers throughout the day, both in person and over the phone.
• Refer customers who prefer to trade-in to the sales team.
