Job summary

Dial-a-Nurse in Naples, FL is seeking warm-hearted Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides for short homecare shifts of 4-5 hours.

Join our growing family to perform ADLs, provide companionship, assist with personal care and mobility, and help with light housekeeping. We offer flexible day or night shifts, weekly pay, direct deposit, 24/7 caregiver support, and referral programs.

You’ll maintain safety and dignity while documenting tasks and communicating changes to the Care Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be certified CNA or HHA.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Reliable, compassionate and patient-care oriented.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, and meal prep.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Document completion of tasks and report changes to Care Manager.
• Provide transportation to appointments if needed.

Responsibility:

• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
• Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times
• Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed
• Detailed documentation of completion of tasks
• Report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
• Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift
