Wayzata Public Schools is seeking a Wayzata Kids Program Assistant for the 2026-27 school year. The role involves assisting with activities for elementary-aged students, supporting safety, and contributing to a high-quality child care program at multiple locations in the district.
Hours are 4-8 per day, and emphasis is on positive youth development and teamwork. Applicants must be at least 16, and the position is open to current Community Ed employees first.

Location: Birchview, Meadow Ridge, North Woods, Kimberly Lane, Oakwood, Gleason Lake, Sunset Hill, and Greenwood
The Wayzata Kids program is committed to providing elementary‑aged students a high‑quality child care program. High‑quality programming means plenty of engaging activities suited to the interests of the children in our program. We are looking for employees who are passionate about positive youth development and dedicated to providing Wayzata's youth with opportunities to grow every day.
Program Assistants facilitate fun and engaging activities for children enrolled in the Wayzata Kids program. Program Assistants are also responsible for the safety of the children enrolled and overall well‑being of the Wayzata Kids program.
