Precision Castparts Corp. — PCC Schlosser in Oregon is seeking a Warehouse/Utility Aide to keep production moving. You will support wax molding and assembly operations, stage parts, manage materials, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace.

This hands-on role offers cross-training, opportunities to grow, competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and a 3-4 day workweek with no mandatory overtime. A high school diploma and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Keep production teams supplied with the materials and components they need.
• Stage parts and assembly components for manufacturing operations.
• Operate and maintain leach tanks and dip seal equipment.
• Wash and prepare wax patterns for production.
• Stage and prepare assembly frames for processing.
• Receive, organize, inventory, and replenish materials and supplies.
• Perform light assembly and molding tasks as needed.
• Assist with basic data entry and production documentation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Help create and update simple work instructions.
• Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Contribute to a variety of projects and team needs throughout the department.
