Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking an experienced wax injection operator to run manual, automatic, and semi-automatic wax injection equipment. You will set up dies, adjust process parameters, and inspect wax patterns to meet quality standards.
The role includes documentation, training others, and cross-training across departments. We require at least a high school diploma or GED, with 6+ months manufacturing experience; 1+ year in wax injection or related processes is preferred.
Compensation: $15.50 - $23.25 (dependent on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Incentives: 5% Shift Differential + Quarterly Incentive Bonus + Overtime Opportunities
Under general supervision, operates manual, automatic, and semi-automatic wax injection equipment to produce the full range of wax patterns, components, and assemblies used in the investment casting process.
Performs die setup, assembly, injection, inspection, repair, and finishing activities while ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and production standards. Responsible for producing acceptable wax patterns using standard and complex dies, preparing ceramic cores for production use, and supporting continuous improvement through quality inspection, troubleshooting, training, and process optimization.
