Qualifications

• Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with guests.
• Strong attention to detail for precise waxing services.
• Ability to adapt to varying guest preferences and comfort levels.
• Knowledge of skincare and waxing products to recommend options.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services following brand standards and techniques.
• Build a book of business and retain guests with rebook scripts and exceptional service.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance results.
• Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites.
• Maintain KPI metrics according to brand standards.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment aligned with core values.
• Train and model expected behaviors and processes.
