Position Summary

As a Wax Specialist at European Wax Center, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional waxing services to our valued guests. Your expertise, professionalism, and commitment to excellence will contribute to creating a positive and confidence‑boosting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards, patterns, protocols and techniques.
• Build a book of business and retain guests using our rebook scripts & delivering the ultimate guest experience and 100% guest satisfaction.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance their overall experience and results.
• Uphold the brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites.
• Maintain Wax Specialist Key Performance Indicators (KPI) according to brand standard.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment upholding Artemis Wax Core Values.
• Train and role‑model the expected behaviors and processes put forward by European Wax Center.

Work Environment

• Must be able to work effectively in stressful environments, communicate with others and accept constructive feedback from direct supervisors.
• Must be able to adapt to change in activity frequently as the business requires.
• Most work performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled.
• Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for up to hours per day. Standing, walking, and sitting are required. Length of time at these tasks varies from day to day.
• Must be able to exert well‑paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with clients, co‑workers, and management.

Qualifications
