Job summary

European Wax Center Marlton, NJ is seeking a Wax Specialist to deliver high-quality waxing services to our guests, following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards. You will educate guests on our product line, help build a loyal client base, maintain cleanliness and safety in all waxing suites, and contribute to a positive, professional team environment that reflects Artemis Wax core values.

This role requires license validation, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible

Qualifications

• Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective consultations with guests.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring precise and efficient waxing services.
• Ability to adapt to varying guest preferences and comfort levels.
• Knowledge of skincare and waxing products, with the ability to recommend products based on individual guest needs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Adherence to all state sanitation and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards, patterns, protocols and techniques.
• Build a book of business and retain guests using our rebook scripts & delivering the ultimate guest experience and 100% guest satisfaction.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance their overall experience and results.
• Uphold the brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites.
• Maintain Wax Specialist KPI according to brand standard.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment upholding Artemis Wax Core Values.
• Train and role model the expected behaviors and processes put forward by European Wax Center.
