Ballast Wax European Wax Center is seeking a Wax Specialist to perform high-quality waxing services in a private suite, building lasting guest relationships within a nationally recognized brand.

Licensed estheticians or cosmetologists in the state are welcome to join, with opportunities for full-time or part-time hours, additional pay through bonuses and tips, and a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state of application.
• Ability to build genuine guest relationships and deliver quality waxing services.
• Comfort in recommending skincare products and services to guests.
• Maintain sanitation standards and adhere to state licensing laws.
• Available evenings and weekends; full-time and part-time schedules offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional waxing services in accordance with brand protocols and licensing requirements.
