Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services following Artemis Wax and European Wax Center standards, patterns, protocols, and techniques.
• Build a book of business and retain guests using our rebook scripts & deliver the ultimate guest experience with 100% satisfaction.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance their overall experience and results.
• Uphold brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites.
• Maintain Wax Specialist Key Performance Indicators (KPI) according to brand standard.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment, upholding Artemis Wax Core Values.
• Train and role‑model the expected behaviors and processes put forward by European Wax Center.

Work Environment

• Must be able to work effectively in stressful environments, communicate with others, and accept constructive feedback from direct supervisors.
