Stuller, Inc. is seeking a Wax Technician - Plastic in Louisiana to efficiently produce high‑quality plastic patterns for the lost‑wax casting process. You will use a plastic injecting machine, mold tools, and handheld equipment to shape wax and plastic injections from molds.

You will inspect quality and hand off patterns for the next step in production. The role emphasizes attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain excellent numerical accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in tasks requiring manual dexterity and close-range detail observation.
• Able to sit for your work shift and perform repetitious production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process fill lines for specific order requirements for count, size, & color while maintaining efficiency
• Inspect injected patterns to ensure the highest quality part for the casting process
• Inspect parts for quality issues or imperfections
• Perform manual paper processing operations necessary to fulfill daily work operations
• Use a series of metal molds to produce duplicate plastic patterns of a specific series number using a plastic injecting machine
• Complete computer-based training periodically.
• Monitor emails to attain and communicate important information.
