Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools and small parts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team to ensure safety and 6S compliance.
• Assign work to operators and monitor performance.
• Coordinate training and mentoring for new employees.
• Move operators to appropriate tasks based on qualification.
• Audit and verify quality and quantity of work performed.
• Support production goals and on-time delivery.
