Job summary

Doncasters is seeking a Wax Operator in Newberry, FL to support our investment casting operations. You will assist the plant by assembling, inspecting, and training on Wax Molds, learning our products and procedures, and interpreting results to meet customer criteria.

You'll follow detailed operating instructions, prepare wax parts and metal dies, and work with a team to mount, clean, and verify components in accordance with Investment Casting Standards and Engineering Specifications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• As a Wax Operator, assemble, inspect and train on Wax Molds.
• Learn products, equipment setup, and interpret results to meet customer criteria.
• Handle wax parts and metal dies to mount and clean Wax and metal parts.
• Follow Investment Casting Standards and Engineering Specifications to meet customer criteria in a timely and cost-effective manner.
