Doncasters is hiring a Wax Utilities Operator in Groton for 1st shift to support the wax department and production flow. You will read work instructions, operate the 50-ton press, assist assembly, and ensure accurate EPICOR entries while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Read and follow work instructions per SOP.
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accurate wax gates.

• Capable of handling dies, tools, and repetitive motion tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the work instructions.
• Operate the 50-ton press.
• Assist Assembly prepping, kitting gates, and inspecting.
• Extrude and cut gates.
• Record progress and completion in EPICOR.
• Change and check leach tanks for flipping and removing parts.
