Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Wax Injector for the Hampton, VA facility. The role involves setting up and operating wax injection machines to produce high-quality wax patterns according to specifications.

Training is provided on the 1st shift, with the position on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2pm–10pm). Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience or training.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of continuous experience or training.
• Availability for all shifts (including second, third, and weekend shifts) and overtime/flexibility.
• Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wax injection machines and produce high quality wax patterns.
• Read and follow work instructions; record data as required.
• Visually inspect dies, chills, and setters; load/unload dies and setters.
• Maintain and adjust injection parameters to properly inject wax patterns, cores, chills, and setters.
