Responsibilities include pattern repair, pattern assembly, and precision gauging to prepare for Monoshell. Must read work instructions, record data, and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of continuous experience or training.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts, including 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts; overtime may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Use Ultrasonic Hand Gauge to measure wall thickness of .070 and greater.
• Gauge wall thickness with mechanical gauges.
• Read and follow work instructions and mold sheets.
• Pattern repair coming from injection; assemble pattern.
• Gauge and disposition patterns; rework patterns as needed.
• Check gating kits.
• Record data manually or via computer.
• Other duties as assigned.
