Howmet Aerospace Dover Casting is seeking a Wax Four Step Cell Operator to join our Dover, New Jersey manufacturing team. The role covers wax injection, inspection, core prep, and related quality checks within a high-precision casting environment on a weekend day shift (Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM), with training on first shift.

Starting hourly rate is $24.24 with an increase to $26.96 after 12 months, plus shift premium for off-shift work.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• No visa sponsorship available for this position.
• Ability to perform highly detailed, repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wax injection, inspection, core prep, and pattern inspection.
• Set-up and operation of wax-related equipment and X-ray inspection.
• Perform cell support duties and assist manufacturing schedules.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
