Job summary

McKibbon Hotels is seeking a bartender to mix drinks, provide customized beverage service, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel bar environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of bartending experience, flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, and knowledge of alcohol service guidelines. You will maintain cash drawers, ensure bar cleanliness, and contribute to a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience as a bartender.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including shift work, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of state and local guidelines regarding service of alcohol.
• Knowledge of drink preparation.

Responsibilities

• Mix all drinks based on serving sizes to keep costs down.
• Provide customized beverage service to guests in a friendly, energetic and timely manner.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and account for discrepancies.
• Ensure cleanliness and peak condition of the bar and surroundings.
• Drive product quality and guest satisfaction by operating with ownership in mind.
• Anticipate customer needs and adapt quickly to changing goals.

The bartender provides customized beverage service to each of the hotel’s restaurant/bar customer in a friendly, energetic and timely manner. Responsible for assuring the guest is having a great time and/or relaxing while at the bar.
