Miller Electric Mfg. LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Wave Solder Operator to manage all aspects of machine operation, including setup for wave solder, flux unit, and water wash, while ensuring IPC‑A‑610 Class 2 quality.

You will hand solder, inspect products, and train clippers. The role requires 6 months PCB assembly experience, strong English reading skills, and willingness to work up to 50 hours per week.

Formación

• 6 months of experience in PCB assembly or equivalent.
• Read English sufficient to understand schematics and assembly instructions.
• Read English sufficient to understand basic computer use instructions, company policies, safety directives and other work instructions.
• Ability to communicate in English to understand and give verbal work instructions to coworkers who only speak English.
• Handwrite work related notes in English.
• Enter production numbers into an Excel spreadsheet.
• Ability to solder to IPC-A-610 class 2 standards.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, and clean wave solder equipment.
• Maintain the quality of soldered PC boards, inspection of product and recognize defects based on IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards.
• Hand clip leads on soldered boards as needed.
• Cross train and work in other areas as workload requires.
