QPS Employment Group is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler for a 1st shift position in Whitewater, WI. You will assemble and manufacture circuit boards and electronic components according to specifications, ensuring high quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has soldering experience, strong manual dexterity, and can thrive in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This is a potential to hire role with hours 5:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Thursday.

Qualifikationen

• Soldering experience required.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and diagrams.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• ESD control environment experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assemble and manufacture circuit boards and electronic components per specifications and quality standards.
• Perform soldering of electronic components onto PCBs with precision.
• Inspect assemblies and finished products for quality and performance requirements.
• Read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, schematics, and supervisor guidance.
• Utilize small hand tools, measuring devices, and precision equipment for assembly tasks.
• Identify components and ensure correct placement and installation.
• Maintain production goals while meeting quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and report defects or equipment issues.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area per policies.
• Complete safety, quality, and ESD training as required.
