Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a full-time Wave/Selective Solder Operator 3 (Assembler 3) for the first shift.

You will perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations, following documented work instructions, and ensure quality through soldering and inspection processes. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, legal authorization to work in the U.S., and typically 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate production machinery in the Wave Solder/Selective Solder area.
• Ensure quality by following procedures and inspecting solder quality.
• Maintain and update equipment records and maintenance logs.
• Read and follow work instructions and drawings for assemblies.
• Follow standardized methods to complete assembly tasks on time.
• Assemble components and sub-assemblies in an assembly line fashion.
• Use tools including lead cutters, crimpers, fixtures and test systems.
• Work from BOMs and assembly drawings as required.
