Job summary

KDS Strategic Search Group is seeking a Waterworks Sales Specialist for a full-time role in the New York/New Jersey area. Position supports both inside and outside sales with a focus on growing a robust customer base in Waterworks, underground utilities, and pipe distribution.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Waterworks products to utilities, municipalities, or distributors.
• Ability to develop, manage, and grow customer relationships in the Waterworks market.
• Understanding of water and sewer distribution, pipe materials, and related applications.

Waterworks Sales Specialist | Inside / Outside Sales

Location: Staten Island, NY or Clifton, NJ

Position Type: Full-Time Employee

Join a rapidly growing company that continues to invest in its people, infrastructure, and future. We are looking for an experienced Waterworks Sales Specialist with a background in Waterworks, underground utility, municipal water, sewer, drainage, and pipe sales.

This opportunity can be structured around an experienced Inside Sales or Outside Sales professional. If you know the Waterworks market and are looking to take on more responsibility, grow your customer base, earn larger commissions, and be valued for the business and industry knowledge you bring, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

What We're Looking For

• Current or prior Waterworks sales experience


• Experience in Waterworks distribution, underground utility sales, municipal waterworks, sewer, or drainage products


• Knowledge of ductile iron pipe, sewer pipe, plastic pipe, water distribution, drainage systems, and underground utility materials


• Experience selling to customers within the Waterworks and underground utility market


• Background in Waterworks inside sales, outside sales, account management, or territory sales


• Ability to develop, manage, and grow customer relationships


• Strong understanding of Waterworks products, customers, applications, and the sales process


• Ability to work from either Staten Island, NY or Clifton, NJ
