Job summary

Tower Water is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover the New York metro area, including upstate NY within roughly a 100‑mile radius. You will build relationships with property managers, building owners, and plant leaders, driving recurring revenue through inbound leads, prospecting, and closing new business.

You’ll start with a $140,000 base salary and progress to a base-plus-commission structure, with top performers earning well into the $200K+ range as the territory grows.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of industry experience with a track record of closing new business.
• Ability to manage schedule independently in a field-based role.
• Comfort with basic math, Excel, and CRM tools; clean driver’s license; pesticide license readiness.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and referrals, prospect within territory, and evaluate systems.
• Price solutions, sell annual or multi-year contracts, and transition accounts to service teams.
• Develop opportunities, close new business, and expand existing accounts through field visits.
