Job summary

ProSlide Technology is seeking a Waterslide Construction Foreman to lead installation projects nationwide. This hands-on role requires strong planning, supervision of crews and subcontractors, and duty of ensuring safety and quality on site.

You will interpret engineering drawings, coordinate with engineering teams, manage concrete pours and steel structure assembly, and travel extensively to sites across the United States. Prior construction leadership and OSHA credentials are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of construction-related experience.
• Must have a valid passport and travel with no restrictions.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service background.
• Experience completing site reports or similar documentation.
• Valid driver''s license.
• 3–5+ years leading construction tradespersons.
• Willingness to travel internationally (90% travel)

Responsibilities

• Function as on-site SME for installation process.
• Plan and organize on-site activities of crew and subcontractors.
• Direct on-site positioning of trucks and cranes and offloading duties.
• Supervise construction activities and hands-on work with the crew.
• Oversee preassembly of steel ride supports and related tasks.
• Identify leaks or faults and direct repairs.
• Read drawings and coordinate with engineering on foreseen issues.
• Oversee concrete pours and painting of steel columns and platforms.
• Ensure rides are cleaned, waxed, and maintained.
• Commission ProSlide products after construction completion.
