Job summary

ProSlide Technology is seeking a Waterslide Construction Foreman to lead installation projects across the United States. This hands-on role requires planning, organization and strong trades knowledge to deliver high-quality water slide projects on time and safely.

You will act as on-site SME, coordinate crews and subcontractors, supervise all installation activities, review drawings, and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards. Travel 90% is expected.

Qualifications

5–10+ years of construction-related experience.
Passport and travel with no restrictions.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificate.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to work autonomously.
Strong customer service background.
Experience with site reports or similar documentation.
Valid driver's license.
3–5+ years leading construction trades.

Responsibilities

Function as the on-site subject matter expert on the installation process.
Prepare, plan and organize on site activities of our crew and subcontractor labour.
Direct on-site positioning of trucks and cranes and offloading duties.
Supervise all construction-related activities of the installation and hands-on with the crew.
Supervise and preassemble steel ride support sections.
Read and interpret specifications, engineering, and schematic drawings with the team.
Coordinate concrete pours and painting of steel columns and towers.
Ensure rides are clean, interiors washed and waxed, and safety rules followed.
Interact with clients via phone, email, and meetings to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare daily reports, commissioning reports and project updates.
