We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations for the installation of steel and fiberglass structures for land and water park projects. This position combines leadership responsibilities with the oversight of day-to-day operations on active land and waterpark installation sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate the field crew, ensure safety compliance, manage schedules, and serve as the point of contact between the project manager and field team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation work as needed
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the field crew (laborers, welders, subcontractors) to ensure project timelines and quality standards are me
- Ensure strict compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations
- Review plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure proper installation
- Maintain clear communication between the field team, project manager, and other stakeholders
- Monitor work progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions efficiently
- Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation of work performed
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly used, stored, and maintained
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a construction foreman or site supervisor
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a construction or installation environment
- Excellent understanding of jobsite safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Background in structural steel, mechanical, or waterpark installations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Willingness to travel nationwide for extended durations
