Job summary

Kinder Morgan, Inc. is seeking a Crane Operator at Elizabeth River Terminal to operate waterside cranes and discharge cargo from vessels to shore. You will maintain and repair cranes as trained and perform required documentation related to cargo transfers.

Ideal candidates will safely operate cranes, coordinate with vessel personnel, and be prepared to take on general terminal duties as needed. Refresher training in safety and environmental topics is required.

Qualifications

• Safely and efficiently operate cranes and related gear to transfer cargo from vessel to shore.
• Coordinate with vessel personnel, complete required documentation and reports related to cargo transfer.
• May act as an assigned leader for other marine employees.
• Participate in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of cranes, gear and related equipment.
• May be assigned to general duties in all areas of operations of the terminals.
• Refreshers in maintenance, operations, safety and environmental as required.

Responsibilities
