Job summary

Enstructure is seeking a Crane Operator to safely load and unload cargo from vessels and operate a range of heavy equipment in maritime and terminal environments. The role requires operating cranes, container handlers, yard equipment, forklifts, and related machinery with precision and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have crane operating experience, a TWIC credential, and a high school diploma or equivalent, along with forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Previous crane operating experience required.
• TWIC credential required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to understand load charts.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate gantry cranes, container handlers, forklifts, yard hustlers and other equipment.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and position cargo per procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on equipment as needed.
• Complete equipment and safety inspections and document results.
• Maintain proficiency in vessel operations and warehouse support equipment.
• Participate in training of support personnel and new operators.
• Adhere to safety standards, signaling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
