• Supervises water/wastewater plant operations and staff.
• Operates pumps and controls, adjusts chemical dosages.
• Maintains records, logs, and reports for state agencies.
• Coordinates with contractors on plant upgrades and repairs.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations.
