HDR is seeking an experienced leader for the Integrated Watershed Management business class, with responsibilities spanning technical direction, staff development, and client-facing activities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field.
Active professional registration in Architecture/Engineering preferred.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and work with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated commitment to quality, improvement and HDR values.

Responsibilities

Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
Lead risk management through process reviews and provide technical advisory services.
Drive QA/QC processes and monitor delivery standards.
Oversee development of tools, standards and techniques to improve service quality.
