HDR is seeking a Business Class Director for Integrated Watershed Management to lead the service lines including watershed management, water supply, groundwater and water quality. The role focuses on strategy, client relations, and technical excellence across HDR’s multi-site operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration required for leadership in technical design.
Experience leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
Build close working relationships with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
Lead technical risk management through process and resource reviews and maintain quality standards.
Oversee development and application of technical tools, standards, and techniques to enhance service quality.
Monitor business class direction and ensure delivery of projects.
