Job summary

Waterproofing Project Manager role in the Tampa Bay area requires overseeing commercial waterproofing projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will balance schedule, budget, quality, safety, subcontractors, and customer expectations while ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction project management experience and strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, plans, specs, and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management or field management experience.
• Commercial waterproofing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, details, contracts, and construction documents.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, job costing, scheduling, change orders, and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage waterproofing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Review scope, contracts, drawings, specifications, submittals, budgets, schedules, and Notices of Commencement.
• Develop project plans and coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and jobsite requirements.
• Monitor project costs, production, schedules, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal field teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and scope changes.
• Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with specifications.
• Identify potential project issues early and develop solutions to keep work moving.
