Job summary

CROWN CAPITAL MGMT LLC is seeking an experienced Waterproofing Project Manager to lead commercial waterproofing projects in the Tampa Bay area from pre-construction through closeout.

The role requires managing schedules, budgets, safety, and subcontractors while balancing client expectations. Strong communication and familiarity with building-envelope systems are essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management or field management experience.
• Experience with waterproofing, building-envelope, roofing or concrete restoration.
• Knowledge of plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and subcontractor management.
• Able to read field conditions and troubleshoot waterproofing issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage waterproofing projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Review scope, contracts, drawings, and budgets.
• Develop plans and coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment.
• Monitor costs, production, schedules, and profitability.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, consultants, vendors, and field teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project docs.
• Site visits to monitor workmanship, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure installations meet requirements and quality standards.
• Identify issues early and develop solutions.
• Track inspections and address issues identified by authorities.
• Source and manage qualified subcontractors.
• Work with Superintendents to ensure manpower and production.
• Prepare updates and communicate concerns to leadership.
• Ensure safety requirements and OSHA standards are followed.
