Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management or field management experience, preferably in waterproofing/commercial construction.
• Experience reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong budgets, job costing, schedules, change orders, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple active projects and manage field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage waterproofing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Review scope, contracts, drawings, submittals, budgets, schedules, and notices of commencement.
• Develop project plans and coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor costs, production, schedules, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
