Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking a Commercial Waterproofing Laborer in Dallas, TX to join our hands-on team. This full-time, in-person position offers on-the-job training, growth into waterproofing and foreman roles, and a safety-first work environment.

Responsibilities include assisting experienced crews, learning waterproofing systems, and maintaining readiness with proper tools and PPE. Candidates should be able to work 8–12 hour shifts, weekends, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work hard as part of a crew.
• Ability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts; Weekdays and weekends.
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced crew on tear-off, repair, and installation work.
• Learn commercial waterproofing systems and safety practices from the ground up.
• Show up on time, ready to work, with proper tools and PPE.
• Follow all job-site safety requirements.
