Job summary

VALCOURT in Atlanta, GA is seeking a hands-on Waterproofing Installer to support coating applications and concrete waterproofing on commercial buildings and parking structures. You will follow established procedures, operate equipment, and assist with leak investigations, water testing, and repairs while maintaining safety standards.

This role requires a high level of physical fitness to lift and move materials, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, and flexibility for extended hours.

Qualifications

• High degree of physical fitness and endurance to complete physical aspects of the job, including the ability to lift objects weighing up to 25kg.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks without direct supervision.
• Execute professionalism in waterproofing works.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work extended and non-standard hours as required.
• Valid driver’s license will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of roofing, waterproofing and coatings materials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install waterproofing treatment and assist in application on buildings and parking structures.
• Perform leak investigations, water testing, and repairs for water infiltration.
• Operate equipment and ensure coatings and membranes are applied per procedures.
• Assist with minor exterior concrete repairs and uphold safety standards.
• Conduct integrity testing and troubleshoot defects in waterproofing systems.
• Maintain tools and report replacements; follow health and safety rules.
