Restocon Corporation is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects. You will lead Foremen, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on complex restoration sites.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial construction, with direct experience in waterproofing and concrete systems, and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of commercial construction field experience.
• Experience as Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Direct experience with waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration, or building-envelope construction.
• Experience with occupied buildings, high-rise properties, parking structures.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Aerial lift, scaffolding, fall-protection, swing-stage certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily field operations for waterproofing, restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.
• Supervise Foremen, crews, subcontractors, and vendors on safety and quality.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and schedules to guide work.
• Coordinate access equipment and fall-protection systems on site.
• Conduct site walks, identify deficiencies, and verify workmanship.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations on all sites.
