LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for concrete restoration, waterproofing, façade repair, and related projects. You will manage day-to-day site activities, supervise crews and subcontractors, maintain safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of restoration techniques, and the ability to coordinate across multiple projects with Project Managers and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in concrete restoration or related construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Experience managing self-perform crews and subcontractors.

Superintendent - Concrete Restoration

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for concrete restoration, waterproofing, façade repair, structural rehabilitation, and protective coatings projects. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial, industrial, parking structure, and building restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all onsite construction activities from project startup through completion.
• Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, manpower plans, and daily work activities.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality control reviews.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to track project progress, budgets, and schedule milestones.
• Prepare daily reports, site documentation, and project updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or productivity.
• Lead project meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience within concrete restoration, waterproofing, structural repair, façade restoration, masonry restoration, or related construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of concrete repair methods, coatings, sealants, injection systems, waterproofing, and structural rehabilitation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing self-perform crews and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and industry best practices.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
