Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field crews on commercial restoration, waterproofing, and concrete repair projects in the Kent, WA area. You will own safety, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating labor, equipment, and subcontractors across multiple active sites.

You will review drawings and specs, enforce OSHA standards, and mentor field personnel to build high-performing teams, helping ensure on-time delivery and flawless project execution.

Qualifications

• Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
• Experience with restoration, waterproofing, concrete repair, masonry, façade, or building envelope projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews across multiple active commercial construction projects.

• Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.

This role is ideal for a Superintendent who enjoys leading crews, taking ownership of challenging projects, and serving as the key field leader responsible for safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction. Projects include commercial buildings, parking structures, façade rehabilitation, waterproofing systems, structural concrete repair, and other specialty restoration work.
