Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing in Atlanta, GA is seeking an entry-level estimator (PE-I) to participate in the full estimating process from field observations to proposal writing.

Job description

Responsibilities

• PE-I is the entry level estimator role.
• The PE-I will be engaged in the entire estimating process with the responsibility of learning each step of the Chamberlin process.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: field observations and inspections, onscreen estimating, proposal writing, detail review, client interactions and association involvement.
• As the PE-I develops a base knowledge they will be responsible for contract scope verification, client relationship and overall project engagement from start to finish.

Experience

If applicant does not have a four-year degree, they must have a minimum of 2 years of college and 2 years Chamberlin experience or five years construction experience and/or professional sales and customer relations experience.

Skills

Microsoft office, English speaking, bilingual preferred
