Job summary

Impact Employment Solutions is seeking an experienced Waterproofing Construction Foreman in the Boca Raton area to lead from the front on a growing operation. This working foreman role requires hands-on leadership, production management, and a strong focus on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will read plans, supervise crews, ensure OSHA compliance, and actively participate with the crew to resolve field issues and keep projects moving forward.

Job description

I’m looking for an experienced Waterproofing Construction Foreman for a growing operation in the Boca Raton area.

This is a true working foreman position. We need someone who can lead from the front, manage production, maintain quality and safety standards, and work alongside the crew when needed.

The right candidate understands that being a Foreman means more than assigning work. You need to know the waterproofing process, recognize quality issues, troubleshoot problems in the field, keep your crew productive, and communicate effectively with leadership.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5+ years of construction experience
• Previous Foreman, Crew Lead, or field leadership experience
• Experience managing crews, manpower, and daily production
• Ability to read plans, drawings, and specifications
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA requirements
• Quality control and field troubleshooting experience
• Ability and willingness to work alongside the crew
• Experience with commercial waterproofing, below-grade waterproofing, foundation waterproofing, concrete repair, membranes, coatings, sealants, crack injection, expansion joints, drainage systems, or restoration work is highly preferred.
• There is real growth potential with this position.

As the company continues to grow, the right person could eventually advance into a Superintendent/field management role, overseeing crews and projects rather than remaining a working Foreman.
