Job summary

Blueprint Hires seeks a Waterproofing Consultant to expand roofing and wall design capabilities from its Seattle, WA office. You will provide technical leadership in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems for project design and oversight.

You will manage repair and re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums, and commercial/government buildings, and support litigation efforts with mediation, deposition, arbitration, and trial as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, architecture, construction management or related discipline.
• Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems; PE/RA license preferred.
• Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of buildings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems for design and oversight of technical work.
• Manage repair and re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial and government buildings.
• Support litigation efforts through mediation, deposition, arbitration and trial with a focus on plaintiff support.
• Develop new business opportunities by leveraging networks with attorneys and insurance adjusters in the local area.
