Job summary

Sunbelt Waterproofing & Restoration, LLC is seeking skilled field workers to join our commercial and industrial teams in Dallas, Houston, and San Marcos. You will perform caulking, sealing, deck coatings, and concrete work on job sites, often at heights, with emphasis on safety, quality, and production.

We welcome carpenters, bricklayers, caulkers, and other skilled trades with 2–5 years of field experience. Competitive hourly pay, overtime, and benefits are offered as part of Team Sunbelt.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights, in varying temperatures, and while wearing required safety equipment.
• Strong multitasking skills in high-volume, fast-paced environments with firm deadlines.
• Certifications in fall protection, lift operation, or coatings a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and work from boom lifts, scissor lifts, swing stages, scaffolds, ladders, bosun’s chairs (Sky Genie), and bucket trucks.
• Perform caulking with precision; achieve a clean, uniform, aesthetically correct joint at proper depth and width (80% of the time in one pass).
• Demonstrate and promote Sunbelt’s core values of safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Assist in training and mentoring Technicians.
• Meet or exceed industry-standard caulking production rates based on experience level.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

As a member of Sunbelt Waterproofing & Restoration, LLC, you will be responsible for performing skilled work in your trade specialty, ensuring high-quality results in accordance with industry standards. We welcome experienced carpenters, bricklayers, caulkers, and other skilled craft workers to apply. This role involves hands-on work on commercial and industrial job sites, often at heights, and requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and production.

Responsibilities

Work Includes (but not limited to)

Caulking - Urethane, silicone, and other sealants across substrates such as brick, precast, and windows.

Wet Sealing (preferred but not required).

Air Barriers - Fluid and sheet-applied systems with associated accessories.

Deck Coatings - Vehicular and pedestrian applications using urethane and epoxy.

Wall Coatings - Acrylic elastomeric and silicone-based coatings.

Concrete Work - Patching, repair, and sealing.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2-5 years of field experience in commercial or industrial construction.

Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.

Comfortable working at heights, in varying temperatures, and while wearing required safety equipment.
