Job summary

Sunbelt Waterproofing & Restoration, LLC is seeking dependable General Laborers to support field crews in Tennessee. You will perform manual labor, assist with sealant repair/replacement, and help prepare surfaces for caulking and restoration applications.

Ideal candidates have some construction experience, can lift 50+ pounds, and work in varying outdoor conditions. Competitive hourly pay based on experience with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of construction experience (commercial or industrial preferred).
• Willingness and ability to perform strenuous physical labor.
• Some knowledge of the proper use of construction equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ pounds), walk/stand for long periods, and work in adverse field conditions.
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment.
• Commercial or industrial caulking experience is a plus.
• Reliable, dependable, and consistent attendance required.

This role supports our field crews with job site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and daily construction tasks. Construction experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and reliable transportation are a must.
