Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Webster, TX seeks a Waterpark Maintenance Manager to lead technicians, ensure safe operation, and maximize guest satisfaction by keeping aquatic equipment reliable and well-maintained.

The job requires a bachelor’s degree, 1+ year of supervision, 3+ years in maintenance, and strong knowledge of pool chemicals. You’ll manage staffing, scheduling, safety training, and repairs while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Experience with emergency response planning is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education/experience.
• 1+ year supervisory/leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or waterpark maintenance.
• Working knowledge of chemicals, tools, equipment, and supplies used in waterpark maintenance.
• Successful completions of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Supervise team, coach, develop, and manage performance.
• Oversee repairs and preventive maintenance of waterpark equipment and safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and all laws.
• Maintain records and coordinate with engineering and operations.
• Schedule staff to meet operations and budget targets.
