Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to strengthen the lifeguard team and enhance the waterpark experience with a safety-first approach. You will lead a safety-focused team and ensure a positive environment for Guests and Team Members under your direction.

Responsibilities include training, supervising lifeguards, enforcing park rules, and fostering teamwork, with a need for flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Certification in First Aid, CPR and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assists in training, supervising, and coordinating lifeguards to protect guests’ lives and safety.
• Manages lifeguards in assigned area, enforces rules, and maintains professional conduct.
• Follows and enforces park and employee rules and procedures.
• Performs supervisory duties, coaching, and performance management to promote teamwork.
